Job Summary
- The International Content Design team conceptualises designs and creates the content experiences for some of our client’s most high-pro media products. Your ideas can impact the way people consume media products, what they look and feel like and how they’re used by millions of people across the world.
We are seeking a meticulous Production Designer to join their team. This is a role for a designer, communicator and problem solver who has a mastery of the creative production process; who can deliver end-to-end design across screens, formats and technologies;and who can collaborate well with others.
Key Qualification
- Fluency across graphic design, typography and photography.
- Demonstrates command of visual and communication design principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in Photoshop. Good knowledge of Illustrator.
- Meticulous retouching skills to adapt supplied assets to internal specifications.
- Comfortable collaborating with Creatives, Project Managers, Business Owners and Executives to tackle complex problems with simple solutions.
- Highly experienced at delivering creative within a weekly production workflow, managing multiple deliverables and timelines.
- Clear and concise communication, organisation skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once with extreme attention to detail.
- A proven ability to work independently to create work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to master multiple complex Photoshop templates, internal processes and tools
- Highly experienced working within Digital Content Management Systems.
- Is diligent with file-naming structures and file organisation.
Description
- This is a Production Designer position based in London, dedicated to the weekly creative workflow that supports our content featuring programming. You will be responsible for creating, adapting, and delivering artwork across our international TV storefronts, with direction and partnerships from Creative, Editorial and Business teams
- Your responsibilities will include adapting original designs, working with supplied studio assets and licensed library photography. You will also be responsible for building out deliverables at scale from established style guidelines and ensuring our agencies deliver onbrandadapted creative across multiple deliverables.
- This also includes creating documentation, keynote decks and adapting original Movie / TV show poster art designs to multiple internal templates.
- You will be comfortable taking direction from Art Directors and Designers on the team. You will be passionate about TV, Movies and technology. You will flourish in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and deadline-driven production environment.
- You will work closely with a passionate and dedicated Partner Artwork Managers to carefully balance partner assets and design requirements. You will also be working with creative teams across the region and in Europe and the US, so a willingness to manage working across multiple timezones would be required.
Additional Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in detail-oriented design.
- Clear and concise communication and organisational skills.
- 6+ years of experience in design, graphic design, production.
