As a Program Manager within their dynamic in-house creative agency, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s global presence and driving impactful marketing campaigns across Europe. Collaborate with a passionate team, leverage cutting-edge technology, and witness your creative vision come to life on a global scale.
This exciting opportunity allows you to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, partnering closely with international marketers, channel leads, product marketing managers, and creative teams. You’ll orchestrate projects, prioritize competing needs, and optimize systems to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Your expertise in creative operations, budget management, and agency relationships will be essential to maintaining brand integrity and achieving outstanding results.
This is a 6 months (until end of Dec 2025), hybrid contract, offering £101k – 113 k p/a, pro rata (PAYE).
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across Europe.
- Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including marketers, product managers, creatives, and external agencies.
- Oversee creative project alignment with business objectives, managing resources, risks, and impact.
- Prioritize competing project needs, providing sound rationale and effective solutions.
- Develop and refine systems, tools, and standards to enhance creative production.
- Ensure seamless communication and execution across teams for successful marketing launches.
- Manage agency relationships for large-scale integrated creative campaigns in collaboration with marketing leads.
- Oversee the development of always-on marketing programs outside of campaign frameworks, partnering with channel leads.
- Manage project workflows, budgets, approvals, and asset development, often under tight deadlines.
- Uphold brand consistency across all deliverables, adhering to design, legal, and product guidelines.
- Drive team progress by anticipating needs, removing obstacles, and fostering a results-oriented environment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Solid client-facing experience in a creative agency or in-house setting, demonstrating equivalent expertise.
- Proven experience in creative advertising across multiple channels.
- Expertise in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design, and systems planning.
- Strong creative operations experience in prioritization, problem-solving, multitasking, and negotiation.
- Experience in creative planning, development, production, editorial, finishing, and delivery/trafficking.
- Track record of managing large-scale integrated creative campaigns across various channels.
- Experience working across multiple markets in EMEA.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with additional creative channels, such as print, out-of-home, and experiential workstreams.
- Experience working with a large, global technology company.
- Experience as a cross-functional manager in a fast-paced, ambiguous, start-up environment.
- Passion for emerging technologies, particularly in mixed reality (MR) and artificial intelligence (AI).
- Business fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian.
