Are you a dynamic Agile leader passionate about fostering high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement? We are seeking an exceptional individual to champion effective Agile delivery within our forward-thinking Process & Automation function. In this pivotal role, you will empower multidisciplinary teams—including Process Analysts, Process Architects, Automation Engineers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders—to optimize processes and develop automation solutions, directly impacting our operational excellence and strategic objectives. Your expertise will ensure value is delivered consistently, predictably, and in alignment with organizational priorities, making a tangible difference in how critical services are provided.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for process or automation teams, ensuring delivery cadence is maintained and teams remain focused on sprint goals.
• Support backlog refinement and planning alongside Product Owners or delivery leads, contributing to a clear and actionable roadmap.
• Identify, track, and proactively remove blockers that impact delivery across process or automation initiatives, escalating risks and dependencies appropriately to maintain workflow.
• Promote proactive risk management within the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile principles, behaviors, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches), encouraging continuous improvement, experimentation, and effective collaboration.
• Support the team’s maturity journey, helping embed best practices suitable for both process and automation delivery.
• Maintain clear communication channels between the team, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Ensure progress, blockers, risks, and achievements are clearly reported through appropriate tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Contribute to cross-team coordination where initiatives require collaboration across process and automation functions.

• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams delivering both process and technical/automation solutions.
• Calm, solution-focused, and proactive in removing impediments.
• Understanding of the Agile delivery lifecycle and iterative delivery.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
• Awareness of governance, compliance, and reporting expectations within regulated environments.
• Understanding of risk and dependency management principles.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience operating as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
• Strong grounding in Agile fundamentals.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM).
• SAFe, Kanban, Agile PM, or equivalent practitioner certifications.
• Experience supporting delivery within digital, automation, or process improvement contexts.
• Awareness of both process optimization and automation concepts is desirable (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Power Automate, RPA workflows).

Additional Job Requirements

• Ability to support multiple teams or delivery workstreams when necessary.
• Willingness to travel between company locations as required.
• Comfortable working within a combined Process & Automation function.
