We are seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst/Manager to join the Government Affairs & Public Policy team at a leading global technology company. This hybrid role combines project/program management and analytical expertise to drive strategic initiatives, manage reporting processes, and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across regions.
This is a 12-month contract role aimed to start in January 2025. Our client works on a hybrid model where you will be required to work onsite in their London Kings Cross office 3 days per week. The role comes with a gross PAYE rate of £46.15 per hour, equivalent to £95,992 per annum, pro rata. This includes up to 33 days of holiday per annum, pro rata, inclusive of bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Lead and execute operational and strategic initiatives for the team
- Drive reporting processes, ensuring consistency and quality across multiple regions
- Manage project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables with operational rigour
- Support on ad-hoc initiatives, including external engagements and event briefings
Analytical Expertise
- Build and maintain data infrastructure to enable efficient reporting and analysis
- Analyse and interpret data to deliver actionable insights for decision-making
- Produce biannual insights reports, monthly scorecards, and ad-hoc presentations
- Use tools like Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and automation
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams, including regional program managers and senior leaders
- Engage with directors and executives to align on key initiatives and reporting requirements
- Facilitate meetings, incorporate feedback, and communicate project progress effectively
Process Optimization
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Develop strategies to optimise team communication and reporting processes
Strategic Contribution
- Assist in identifying growth drivers, such as AI-focused initiatives
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable work streams and initiatives
- Lead project implementation, including comms planning and progress tracking
Key Requirements:
Skills & Experience
- Proven project/program management experience
- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and visualisation
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred but not essential
- Expertise in tools such as Google Sheets or Excel is essential; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience in creating reports, insights, and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated autonomy in managing projects and responsibilities with minimal oversight
Preferred Experience
- Background in public policy, trust and safety, CSR programs, or similar adjacent fields
- Experience in tech companies or digital technology industries
- Interest in government policy and regulatory environments is desirable but not mandatory
