We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive growth and operational efficiency across our client’s established and developing European markets as part of an ambitious international expansion initiative. The goal is to ensure seamless operations by achieving consistency in tools, terms, and reporting across all marketplaces, while driving growth and improving profitability.
This position is critical to the success of the broader expansion strategy, playing a key role in bridging operational gaps between established and developing markets. It offers a unique opportunity to influence high-level decisions while driving growth initiatives in emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies and roadmaps to scale programs efficiently.
- Identify and implement process and tool improvements to drive growth and enhance profitability.
- Partner with leadership and key stakeholders across established and developing markets.
- Focus on onboarding partners, improving negotiation outcomes, and increasing deal offerings in newer marketplaces.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to assess profitability and recommend actionable enhancements.
- Support leadership decision-making by presenting compelling, data-backed insights.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and provide updates on key initiatives.
- Work closely with teams across various geographies, adapting to different business and cultural environments.
- Ensure alignment between country-level operations and broader program objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to prioritize their experience.
- Strong ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills with a results-driven approach.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, dynamic environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in scaling operations, particularly in retail or marketplace environments.
- Familiarity with cross-cultural collaboration, with a focus on addressing diverse business challenges.
- Background in vendor management and negotiation strategies is advantageous.
- Ability to leverage reporting mechanisms and tools to monitor progress and deliver improvements.
