We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Program Manager to oversee the planning and execution of our client’s high-impact programs for major events. This role focuses on operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering value to stakeholders and end customers.
About the Role:
As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives, ensuring smooth processes and outstanding results. You’ll work closely with teams across multiple disciplines to streamline workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and manage trade-offs between technical and business needs. This role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a strong focus on delivering measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global, cross-functional teams to execute large-scale, high-impact initiatives.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Streamline cross-team workflows to enhance efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Build scalable and repeatable processes that balance global consistency with localized customization.
- Provide regular program updates to senior stakeholders.
- Confidently present insights and updates to diverse audiences, including executives.
- Address and resolve escalations and bottlenecks while balancing competing priorities.
- Drive continuous program improvement based on stakeholder and customer feedback.
- Monitor and report on program performance, ensuring alignment with objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program or project management, with a track record of delivering cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improvement.
- Experience implementing standardized or automated processes to improve efficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
