RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop, publish and manage online content using CMS technology.
· Apply knowledge of UX, UI, HTML/CSS, and Personalization/Automation to create engaging web experiences.
· Partner with engineering teams to solve website problems, find user experience opportunities, test new features, and serve as a liaison for the business’s dev requests.
· Contribute to projects involving web experience updates using PM software.
· Work cross-functionally to establish and maintain relationships with key partners and customers, especially Creative, UX, and Strategy.
· Create and manage a library of web templates, SOPs, and CMS job aides.
· Leverage analytics and insights to determine appropriate content, user flows, and timing for content refreshes.
· Consult with internal teams to help find solutions and guide them towards best practices.
· Communicate effectively to leaders and partners during calls and written communication.
· Exercise a high level of judgment to move requests through our internal workflow efficiently.
· Effectively anticipate issues and proactively help generate solutions.
· Test website functionality and check for errors or inconsistencies with rigorous quality standards.
· Implement and enforce ADA & WCAG website accessibility standards and best practices.
· Recognize and implement SEO and Lifecycle marketing opportunities, working with these partners on related standards and best practices.
· Utilize Analytics and performance data to recommend and implement improvements.
· Work both independently and as part of a team to manage and complete projects for multiple stakeholders typically under tight deadlines.
· Proactively recommend creative solutions, enhancements, and uncover opportunities that align to business objectives within technical capabilities.
· Establish and optimize internal workflows.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing and web production.
  • Mastery of HTML/CSS
  • High proficiency with common content management tools, such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Web Center Sites
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfort explaining projects to leadership or team leads.
  • Experience with project management & ticketing tools, such as JIRA, Workfront, Basecamp, or Asana
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Able to manage time and juggle competing priorities to execute high quality deliverables

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • UX design and research experience; Figma experience
  • Proven track record of content management within a large enterprise
  • Experience managing CMS or website production teams
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization platforms, such as Tableau or Looker Studio
  • Experience with A/B testing, personalization, and marketing automation programs like Marketo and Eloqua.
