We are seeking an experienced Partner Operations Manager with a strong background in managing cross-functional projects, engaging with stakeholders, scaling processes, and producing insightful reports. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, is proactive in optimising operations, and has experience effectively managing both internal and external partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead project management for high-priority workstreams, including establishing scalable processes, maintaining accurate reporting, and coordinating with partners as required.
- Contract Operations: Oversee contract execution for key projects, including securing approvals, managing purchase orders, and ensuring all documentation is compliant and in order.
- Partner Support: Provide support for ad hoc partner and leadership requests, including meeting preparation and aligning resources as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Experience in operational or project management roles
- Partner Engagement: Proven experience in engaging directly with external strategic partners
- Process Development: Demonstrated ability to build and scale efficient new processes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships effectively
- Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple strategic projects concurrently
- Reporting & Analysis: Ability to develop concise and informative leadership reports and updates
- Contract Management: Experience in managing contracts and overseeing approval processes across diverse projects
