Overall Responsibilities:
As a Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and implementation of enablement programs globally and across all sales/service channels for our suite of product solutions. You will use data and design thinking to drive business results through designing and building multimodal learning experiences. You will join a team that develops and delivers sales skills, business knowledge, and product enablement and business-supporting initiatives for sales teams and product enablement to our customer facing teams including sales, customer engineers, and professional services. You focus on building a learner-centered strategy and driving impact by working closely across all relevant stakeholders (product, sales, service, marketing, enablement, learning) to secure buy-in for inclusive learning solutions to support front-line sales products and capabilities learning needs. Your efforts will ensure proper landing and execution of product and business knowledge programs globally that support high-priority business objectives and enable individual growth.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Partner with cross-functional stakeholder teams (e.g. Product, Sales, GTM, Marketing, Engineering, Tools, etc.) to identify learning needs, define business objectives, and develop impactful product and business intelligence learning solutions for our Ads product suite

Apply design thinking and creative problem-solving to develop innovative and engaging, multimodal, learning experiences that incorporate product knowledge, sales skills, and business intelligence to drive improved business outcomes

Create engaging and effective multimodal learning experiences for a diverse global audience, utilizing appropriate instructional strategies and content modalities

Analyze learner data, business drivers, and operating metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize learning content and delivery

Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and utilize data to continuously improve learning outcomes and demonstrate value to the business.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in an instructional design or education-oriented field or equivalent practical experience

4 years of Sales Training and/or Sales/Product Enablement experience with increasing responsibility; Experience in leading curriculum development initiatives end-to-end, managing stakeholders and running multiple projects or work-streams simultaneously

Proven experience of at least two years in stakeholder and project management within the L&D space with global know-how and flexibility to effectively work across different time zones and cultures.

Strong business judgment to inform curriculum development cycles with appropriate scope, anticipate resource needs, and adjust plans in real-time as new information becomes available

Demonstrate working knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and assessment principles to develop and implement effective learning interventions

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: (Skills that would be nice to have but are not essential in the role)

MBA or graduate degree in instructional design or related field

Learning design or strategy experience in higher education, EdTech, and/or corporate learning

Excellent problem solving skills, working cross-functionally on cross-product initiatives

Knowledge of our ads product suite and seller tools and workflows

Proven track record of designing and implementing product/ Business intelligence learning programs for sales organizations at scale, including training for internal and external audiences

Demonstrated experience managing 3rd party vendors to drive learning design execution

Impeccable business judgment and operational rigor, with ability to formulate hypotheses, design tests and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate the business impact of learning interventions
