Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Creative Strategist with a background in creator marketing and short-form video, particularly with experience in CPG industries. The ideal candidate has a passion for creative experimentation and the drive to launch impactful campaigns with iconic UK brands.

  • Collaborate with advertisers to inspire and develop forward-thinking campaign ideas on client’s platforms
  • Partner with diverse, cross-functional teams to refine and scale creative approaches for optimal impact
  • Continuously seek new ways to leverage creativity to drive business growth while adding value to communities
  • Bring ideas to life through hands-on execution and collaboration, embodying a builder’s mindset

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in roles at Consumer Packaged Goods companies, influencer agencies, social media agencies, or in-house creative teams focused on paid social media campaigns across social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
  • Strong proficiency in crafting creative strategies for paid social media (experience in organic content or earned media is not applicable)
  • Data fluency, with a willingness to explore AI in marketing, a strong understanding of measurement, and an interest in mastering new analytical tools
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, vision, and the courage to innovate in a dynamic environment
