WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Aquent is partnering with a global consumer brand looking for a Human Resources Generalist / Transportation Benefits Delivery Solutions Specialist to join the People Solutions team.

In this role, you will contribute to the implementation and execution of company car and mobility programs for employees across the EMEA region. You will provide high-level support to internal stakeholders, actively engage with external leasing vendors, and drive process improvements across the mobility benefits portfolio. Vendor performance management, stakeholder alignment, high attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional employee experience are critical to success in this role.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will be responsible for a program portfolio covering Company Car Programs, Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, and alternative transportation benefits in multiple EMEA countries. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will address employee queries, collaborate with external vendors, and optimize operational workflows across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

  • Employee & Vendor Support: Manage incoming employee inquiries regarding lease car orders, deliveries, and vehicle reallocations. Partner with leasing providers to ensure seamless fleet logistics.
  • Mobility Program Operations: Collaborate with Benefits Centers of Excellence (CoE) and local HR teams to execute micro-mobility and zero-emission EV charging solutions.
  • Process Automation & Payroll Integration: Identify and implement automation opportunities for Benefit-in-Kind (BiK) calculations, coordinating with Payroll, Data Management, and HR Systems teams.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Perform regular payroll reporting, eligibility verification, and Benefit-in-Kind processing and auditing across European jurisdictions.
  • Lifecycle Fleet Management: Lead end-to-end car and mobility processes within the hire-to-retire pipeline, including surplus vehicle management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Map existing processes, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive efficiency and service delivery enhancements.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will report to the Transportation Benefits Solutions Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional People Solutions teams (Payroll, Data Management, Advisory) and the regional Benefits Center of Excellence.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Min. 2 years of relevant HR Generalist or HR Operations experience within a complex, matrixed international organization.
  • Experience or strong familiarity with Transportation & Mobility Benefits, company car fleet management, or European employee benefits administration.
  • Proficiency with enterprise HR systems (experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow preferred).
  • Understanding of Benefit-in-Kind (BiK) calculations, payroll reporting, and compliance checks.
  • Proven background in vendor performance tracking and process mapping/documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving mindset with strict attention to detail and data accuracy.
