About the Role

Are you someone who lives on social media, spots cultural shifts before they trend, and loves translating “nerdy” data into compelling creative narratives? We are seeking a Social Intelligence Strategist to join a founding social intelligence function within an international regional team.

Sitting at the intersection of culture, data, and creativity, you will read real-time online conversations and sentiment shifts, translating those signals into actionable insights. You won’t just report on what’s happening—you’ll help shape what content gets created and how the brand engages across EMEA markets.

This is a 12-months, hybrid contract, offering up to £30.49 per hour – 37 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

What You’ll Do

  • Social Listening & Insight: Monitor social conversations, sentiment, and emerging cultural trends using social listening platforms. Turn qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable briefs for Strategy, Content, and Community teams.

  • Creative Enablement: Fuel creative ideation and campaign optimization, ensuring content shows up authentically in real-time cultural moments.

  • Regional & Creator Engagement: Tap into UK, German, and French creator/insider programs to gather grounded product and content insights.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Social Strategy, Care, Global, and Centralized Measurement teams to pair qualitative social insights with performance metrics and mitigate potential risks.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in social strategy, social listening, or social analytics (Agency background strongly preferred).

  • Tool Proficiency: Experience using enterprise social listening software (specifically Talkwalker or equivalent tools like Brandwatch/Sprinklr).

  • Storytelling Instinct: A proven ability to look at raw data and convert it into structured narratives that inspire creative teams and sharpen briefs.

  • Data Nuance: Comfort balancing qualitative nuance with quantitative metrics.

  • Cultural Curiosity: A natural curiosity about online culture, digital communities, and emerging trends across enterprise and creative audiences.

Client Description
