Aquent is thrilled to partner with a leading global technology company at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of how people interact with technology. This company is renowned for its commitment to excellence and its expansive reach in the digital landscape. We are seeking a highly motivated and execution-focused individual to join their dynamic team, contributing directly to the operational success of their premier global e-commerce retail pillar.

Are you ready to be the commercial and operational powerhouse behind a high-volume regional online business unit? This isn’t just a support role; it’s an opportunity to be the central “engine room” driving operational excellence, commercial coordination, and strategic execution across a broad European market. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless product launches, robust inventory management, and an optimized customer experience, directly impacting the success and growth of cutting-edge devices and services on a massive scale. If you thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and are passionate about making a tangible difference through meticulous execution and cross-functional collaboration, this is your chance to shine.

Contract duration: Jul – Nov 2026 & Jan – Mar 2027

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, gather regional feedback, and execute online promotional campaigns, deals, and new product launches directly on the regional online platforms.
  • Drive operational excellence metrics by acting as a key stakeholder in demand planning, tracking deal targets, and ensuring inventory health and availability.
  • Maintain sales reports, monitor account performance, and digest financial/market data to identify key commercial trends and forecast accurately (no SQL or coding required).
  • Provide cross-functional, regional-to-country level project management support to resolve operational friction points and optimize the end-customer experience on the platform.
  • Function as the glue between regional leadership, local country teams, supply chain, and marketing to ensure the regional online business operates as one cohesive unit.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Direct experience either working at a tier-1 global e-commerce marketplace platform or working in a corporate Vendor Management / Brand Specialist capacity directly managing a massive digital retail account.
  • Proven experience managing commercial metrics, tracking inventory/supply chain data, and driving project management operations rather than a purely creative marketing background.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of digesting sales data, evaluating commercial performance, and making data-informed business decisions.
  • Experience navigating a fast-paced, highly matrixed corporate environment across regional, country, and global cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to independently manage high-volume administrative processes and coordinate complex timelines across multiple European territories.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior vendor management or operational experience within the Consumer Electronics sector.
  • Deep familiarity with the broader European digital retail and e-commerce landscape.
