We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join a dynamic team focused on measurement strategy, where your expertise will directly contribute to delivering compelling, data-driven insights to advertising partners. What you’ll do:

  • Maintain and optimize existing reports and dashboards, ensuring their accuracy and reliability for the Measurement Strategy team.
  • Lead the migration of reports across various tools and platforms, minimizing disruption to ongoing workflows.
  • Develop new reports and dashboards from first-party advertising data, effectively translating business requirements into clear, actionable visualizations.
  • Collaborate closely with Measurement Strategists to deeply understand reporting needs and deliver robust solutions that support client-facing insight work.
  • Query and transform large first-party datasets using SQL to build and support critical reporting pipelines.
  • Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies and quality issues across all reports.
  • Document data sources, report logic, and migration decisions to ensure seamless team continuity and knowledge transfer.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong SQL skills with extensive experience working on large, complex first-party datasets.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or a comparable business intelligence/data visualization tool.
  • A proven track record of successfully migrating and rebuilding reports across different platforms.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising metrics and measurement concepts.
  • Highly organized with the ability to independently manage multiple reporting workstreams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with advertising first-party data, including impression, click, conversion, and attribution data.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to ensuring data quality.
  • A self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction.
  • Strong written communication skills for documentation and stakeholder updates.
