We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead strategic alliances and propel our growth in the German market. You’ll own the entire lifecycle of partnerships, from initial conversation to launch and optimization, driving genuine impact for how Germany discovers audio entertainment.
**What You’ll Actually Do**
* Build and lead strategic partnerships with brands, creators, agencies, media platforms, telcos, and distributors across Germany.
* Design content-led collaborations that drive real audience growth and brand visibility, going beyond mere logo placements.
* Own the full deal lifecycle: pitch, negotiate, close, launch, and optimize.
* Work closely with Content, Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful partnership execution.
* Spot new distribution and co-marketing opportunities that accelerate market position in the German market.
**Must-Have Qualifications**
* 5+ years in brand partnerships, B2B collaborations, or platform alliances, preferably within media, audio, entertainment, telecom, or digital consumer tech.
* Deep knowledge of the German partnership and media landscape, including established networks and key contacts.
* A proven track record of closing high-impact deals that extend beyond traditional content ecosystems.
* The ability to navigate complex negotiations with B2B stakeholders effectively and maintain momentum.
* A growth-first, creative mindset, adept at identifying opportunities where others see obstacles.
* A data-driven approach, with a clear understanding of success metrics and how to prove impact.
* Native-level German and fluent English.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**
* Experience with audio platforms, streaming services, or content-led businesses.
* Familiarity with the creator economy, influencer marketing, digital distribution, or cross-market collaborations.
