We are seeking an ambitious professional to join our dynamic team, collaborating closely with the Strategy Director on all strategic projects from inception to delivery. This hybrid strategy role spans brand, performance, and communications planning, offering a strong focus on developing creative propositions grounded in deep insights. You will thrive on solving complex strategic challenges for clients through smart and innovative thinking, ensuring that every piece of work is both on brief and on strategy. This is a perm opporutiny, offering a salary of £50K/ annum +package, observing a full-time – 40hrs working week. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure strategic thinking is both creatively inspiring and commercially effective.
  • Support senior leadership in developing B2C and B2B campaign strategies, standalone strategy projects, creative work, and client presentations.
  • Create clear, insight-driven strategies and value propositions for integrated campaigns.
  • Translate client briefs into clear agency briefs and develop appropriate strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Brief concept teams, writers, and designers, providing critical feedback on creative work through to final delivery.
  • Contribute to communications planning, including defining channel roles and user journey mapping.
  • Develop compelling value stories and claims-based messaging frameworks rooted in audience insight.
  • Present creative work to clients, effectively taking feedback and problem-solving in real-time.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategy.
  • Propose new ideas and proactive solutions to clients, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with internal and external teams.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh perspectives.
  • Play a key role in new business pitches, contributing to the agency’s expansion.
  • Engage in continuous training, knowledge sharing, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant agency experience in a commercial strategic role.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated marketing, with a particular emphasis on digital and social media.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective creative strategies.
  • Ability to simplify and distill complex subject matters through clear, compelling storytelling.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a confident communication style, unafraid to articulate and constructively defend a point of view.
  • A proactive ‘can-do’ approach, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to be hands-on.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients at all levels.
  • A strategic thinker who also possesses commercial acumen and creative flair.
