Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex data analysis into actionable, data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations for customers, partner teams, and leadership, leveraging insights to drive change and influence outcomes.
  • Champion continuous improvement by providing critical feedback and identifying new business opportunities for internal stakeholders, simplifying product optimizations, streamlining workflows, and enhancing service delivery for clients and internal teams.
  • Cultivate and disseminate best practices, proven sales strategies (including objection handling and pitching for increased funds), and sales mastery techniques to elevate account performance and integrate cross-functional solutions to meet diverse customer and business needs.
  • Design and facilitate impactful cross-functional solutions and workshops for customers and agencies, directly contributing to their business objectives and driving revenue growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of sales and product strategies within specific industry verticals, ensuring alignment between product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies to achieve desired outcomes such as sales quotas, revenue generation, and product adoption.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing expectations, building rapport, and providing strategic input to help achieve project goals.
  • Proactively identify revenue and growth opportunities within the market and customer base, coordinating effectively with internal teams to drive sales, maximize revenue potential, enhance marketing efficiency, and recommend strategic investments to achieve customer business outcomes.
