  • Review and validate product requirement documents (PRDs) to ensure comprehensive product specifications that meet both internal and external stakeholder needs.

  • Manage the end-to-end planning, design, and deployment of internal tools and products, including continuous communication and stakeholder management.
  • Influence product roadmaps and identify product gaps to ensure an optimal customer and partner experience.
  • Foster strong collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, advocating for their needs and integrating feedback.

  • Lead data-driven analysis to evaluate the success of product improvements and share insights with internal teams.
  • Identify and communicate product gaps and issues based on user feedback and metrics, contributing technically to solve these challenges through developing, validating, and documenting new features or solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data-driven analysis and reporting.
  • Strong architecture knowledge.
  • Demonstrated customer/user advocacy skills.
