We are looking for a highly effective, entrepreneurial, and collaborative individual to step into a pivotal role, driving the evolution of regulatory compliance strategies. In this dynamic position, you will be the cornerstone of ensuring our platform navigates complex and emerging rules globally, directly influencing how we build and maintain trust with communities and partners. Your work will not only shape the future of our operations but also empower the global movement towards flexible living, making a tangible difference in how people connect and share.

What you will do:

  • Lead the development and execution of successfully scaled programs across various compliance verticals, effectively communicating program outcomes to leadership across different teams.
  • Serve as the primary lead for your assigned jurisdictions, establishing operational rhythms, managing cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring initiatives remain on track, and meticulously maintaining project documentation.
  • Analyze strategic opportunities for risk reduction across jurisdictions, collaborating with technical, data, operations, policy, and legal teams to align roadmaps and drive successful execution with measurable impact.
  • Lead product assurance efforts, leveraging a keen eye for detail while maintaining a global perspective.
  • Support strategic projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Operations team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in operations, management consulting, and/or project management within dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambiguous environments.
  • A hands-on approach to getting things done with a strong sense of urgency, coupled with the ability to quickly adapt priorities to unexpected changes to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Proven track record of navigating a matrixed organization and building strong relationships to achieve goals with diverse cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, data science, and policy.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to create and utilize data to understand problems, communicate opportunities, and make informed decisions.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to make sound decisions that balance short-term gains with long-term strategic positioning.
  • Intellectually curious, open-minded self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and risk, and excited by dynamic change.
