We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a critical initiative focused on AI adoption within a leading retail organization. This is a short-term (3 monthst) salaried position contracted via Aquent on behalf of our client as a third party. The role offers c. €50K/annum, prorata – 40 hrs/week. There is the possibility for extension.
Due to the contracting nature of this role, only candidates with unrestricted rights to work in The Netherlands will be considered (no sponsorship can be offered).
What You’ll Do:
This is a hands-on engineering role where you will build working solutions and enable self-service capabilities for various teams. Your scope of services will involve assisting in building and deploying AI assistants and supporting infrastructure for pilot regions:
- Support the technical assessment of numerous existing AI assistants within the internal AI platform, documenting configurations, usage patterns, and technical quality.
- Set up robust development and testing environments for upcoming use case implementations.
- Initiate the design of measurement dashboards and identify critical data sources for tracking.
- Build and configure AI assistants for key business areas within the internal AI platform, based on solution designs.
- Develop comprehensive prompt templates, test scenarios, and quality assurance processes for each assistant.
- Create engaging video tutorials and how-to content for department teams, covering assistant usage, creation, prompt engineering basics, and best practices.
- Establish and populate a centralized AI use case repository with documented cases including descriptions, configurations, usage guidelines, and expected outcomes.
- Provide on-the-job training sessions with technical demonstrations and hands-on assistance.
- Develop and refine measurement dashboards for AI adoption tracking, including usage metrics, adoption rates, and business impact KPIs.
- Build a conversational AI assistant that helps colleagues discover and utilize available assistants.
- Support continuous monitoring by tracking assistant usage patterns, identifying underperforming assistants, and recommending improvements.
- Contribute to the maintenance and update processes of the use case repository.
- Support assistant cleanup and consolidation efforts based on usage data.
What You’ll Bring:
- Hands-on experience building and configuring AI assistants using Large Language Model (LLM) platforms, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent frameworks within a commercial environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Proven experience in building adoption tracking and measurement dashboards using tools like Power BI or similar platforms.
- Ability to create clear, engaging video tutorials and other technical training content.
- Experience in building conversational interfaces, such as Teams bots or similar.
- Experience working within technology environments in the Retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors.
- Experience in developing self-service tools designed for non-technical users.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise LLM portals.
- Familiarity with knowledge management and documentation systems.
