Are you a seasoned Partner Manager with a passion for driving growth and fostering strategic relationships? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a pivotal team responsible for cultivating success within a leading app ecosystem. In this 12-month fixed-term role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of non-gaming applications, working directly with a portfolio of high-profile and emerging developers. Your expertise will directly contribute to expanding market reach, accelerating revenue growth, and ensuring the continued innovation of groundbreaking apps that impact users globally. Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of app developers, ranging from established household names to innovative newcomers.
- Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and provide strategic consulting to partners, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Develop and execute plans focused on achieving incremental revenue growth for your portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with internal strategic operations, product development, payments, and go-to-market teams to ensure partner success and access to early features.
- Engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from product managers to C-suite executives, to align on strategy and drive initiatives.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to help partners achieve their goals within the app ecosystem.
- Spend significant time interacting with partners, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate.
- Undertake some international travel to engage with partners and expand market opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Professional experience in partner management or a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Strong business development (BD) skills, with an emphasis on fostering collaborative growth rather than direct sales.
- Working knowledge and understanding of large-scale technology organizations and their operational complexities.
- A passion for and working understanding of a major mobile operating system ecosystem and the broader app landscape.
- Ability to hit the ground running, building and executing strategic plans independently.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences from technical teams to executive leadership.
