We are seeking a proactive professional to drive the expansion of premium in-home services. In this pivotal role, you will directly influence the growth of our client’s service offerings, building essential relationships and contributing to the success of both service providers and guests. Your work will directly contribute to expanding economic opportunities and enhancing experiences for communities.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively identify and connect with potential service providers in person, utilizing online research, cold outreach, community engagement, and local networking strategies.
- Deliver compelling in-person presentations to showcase the service offerings, effectively converting interest into successful provider submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth initial onboarding of new service providers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools for success.
- Gather valuable feedback and insights from potential service providers and the community to inform and refine sales strategies and service enhancements.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, partnerships, or community engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with comfort in initiating conversations through various formats, including cold outreach.
- A curious and resourceful mindset, eager to proactively identify new tactics and approaches to source and close successful leads.
- Demonstrated ability to learn about and connect with local communities.
- Highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple conversations and leads across various platforms simultaneously.
- Clear and positive communication skills, both verbal and written, with an authentic voice.
- A passion for a mission focused on creating belonging and economic opportunity for service providers.
- Familiarity with community-focused online platforms for engagement and lead generation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with or understanding of small business owners, service providers, or individuals engaged in independent work.
