About the Role:
As a key player in our client’s marketing organization, you will step into a pivotal role focused on driving product marketing strategy and execution. You’ll be at the heart of bringing exciting new offerings and features to market, translating complex ideas into engaging stories that resonate with our target audience. This role is deeply embedded within the social media function, where you’ll leverage your creative vision and strategic thinking to amplify our brand presence and foster vibrant community engagement. You’ll have the unique chance to collaborate with a diverse group of creators, shaping content that captures cultural moments and highlights product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* **Champion Social Content Strategy:** Lead the briefing and ongoing management of creators, ensuring their content aligns seamlessly with new offerings, key launches, and relevant cultural moments.
* **Drive Asset Production:** Oversee the high-volume production of compelling marketing assets for social channels, maintaining brand consistency and quality.
* **Inform Product Strategy:** Serve as a marketing subject matter expert, contributing insights on market trends and user needs to influence product development and feature roadmaps.
* **Craft Go-to-Market Plans:** Develop and execute robust marketing plans for new offerings and features, including defining target audiences, positioning, and impactful messaging.
* **Measure & Optimize:** Establish and track key performance metrics for marketing content and campaigns, driving data-informed decisions for continuous improvement.
* **Uncover User Insights:** Conduct and leverage user research to inform cross-functional teams, ensuring the user voice is integrated into both product and marketing strategies.
* **Define Brand Narrative:** Develop and articulate strong product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies that resonate across all communications.
* **Collaborate Cross-Functionally:** Work seamlessly with legal, creative, and production teams to bring marketing content to life, ensuring compliance and creative excellence.
* **Manage Large-Scale Campaigns:** Drive the planning, execution, and optimization of significant marketing campaigns, assets, and programs to achieve ambitious engagement and adoption goals.
What You’ll Bring:
* Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in social media marketing, including agency experience.
* Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to lead and deliver complex initiatives.
* Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, effectively partnering with legal, creative, and production teams.
* Experience operating within large, complex organizations and a high comfort level with ambiguity.
* Expertise in product positioning, brand management, and crafting compelling go-to-market strategies.
* Α deep understanding of consumer behavior.
* Proven ability in campaign management, from strategic planning to execution and optimization.
* Excellent client/partner management and advisory capabilities, coupled with strong storytelling and communication skills.
* A keen understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
This is a 12-months, hybrid contract, offering up to £48.08 per hour – 40 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
