Are you a Creative Marketing trailblazer ready to make a significant impact on how innovative consumer devices connect with audiences worldwide? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our client’s team, where you will be instrumental in managing and localizing creative assets for broad-reaching campaigns. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend strategic project management with creative oversight, ensuring that compelling narratives resonate across diverse global markets and contribute directly to the success of beloved consumer products. You will be a key player in shaping the visual and messaging landscape, influencing millions and driving engagement with cutting-edge technology.

What you’ll do:

* Manage creative assets across a variety of channels, including digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
* Collaborate closely with creative agencies, overseeing asset production from timelines and quality control to brand consistency.
* Partner with global teams to localize marketing assets, ensuring cultural relevance and impact in various markets.
* Drive product marketing strategy, providing crucial market context and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
* Educate marketing teams, support content strategy, and lead medium to large-scale campaigns.
* Develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives to boost education, engagement, and product adoption.
* Deeply understand market insights and broader implications to effectively solve complex problems.
* Proactively stay informed on industry trends and product landscape knowledge.
* Act as a subject matter expert for products and features, contributing to development processes, market analysis, and trend prediction.
* Lead meetings to develop regional marketing plans, prioritize goals, and define positioning strategies.
* Develop and implement frameworks for product marketing content across multiple channels.
* Define, track, and analyze key product and business metrics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strategic rationales and visions.
* Develop user insights to integrate customer voice into product development and marketing.
* Drive product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies.
* Create and iterate marketing content, ensuring alignment with product strategy and collaborating with production teams.
* Scope, manage, and guide user research efforts.
* Manage large-scale campaigns, communications, and programs, including performance evaluation and optimization.

What you’ll bring:

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative production, with a strong focus on project management.
* Demonstrated agency experience.
* Exceptional project management skills.
* Proven ability to thrive and adapt in ambiguous environments.
* Proficiency in product positioning, data analysis, and synthesis.
* Strong understanding of consumer behavior.
* Experience with situational leadership and campaign management.
* Expertise in developing marketing briefs and managing client/partner relationships.
* Solid background in brand management and industry knowledge.
* Excellent storytelling abilities.
* Comprehensive knowledge of go-to-market activities.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A strong affiliation with sports, particularly football.

This is a 12-months, hybrid contract, offering up to £48.08 per hour – 40 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
