Are you a seasoned content strategist with a passion for global reach and regional impact? We’re seeking an exceptional talent to drive content strategy and localization across key markets, ensuring our enterprise-focused narratives resonate deeply with diverse audiences. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping how our solutions are perceived and adopted, directly contributing to pipeline growth and market expansion. You will bridge global content strategy with regional execution, transforming overarching narratives into compelling, culturally relevant content that fuels business growth and supports complex sales cycles.

**Your Impact and Responsibilities:**

Strategic Content Leadership
* Develop and execute a regional content strategy aligned with global priorities and pipeline objectives.
* Manage regional content roadmaps across various formats, including long-form content, digital assets, events, and webinars.
* Identify content gaps within the enterprise buyer journey and propose innovative content initiatives.

Content Adaptation & Localization Expertise
* Lead the adaptation and localization of global content for diverse markets, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and market fit.
* Collaborate closely with translation partners and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, local-language content.
* Maintain consistent brand voice and enterprise-level messaging across all localized assets.
* Conduct thorough reviews and quality assurance of localized content for accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
* Advise global teams on best practices for creating content with a localization-first approach.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
* Serve as the primary content partner for regional integrated campaigns and marketing teams.
* Foster strong collaborations with global content, product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement teams.
* Influence senior stakeholders through data-backed recommendations, market insights, and a deep understanding of audience needs.

Enterprise Content Development
* Develop briefs and oversee the production of high-quality enterprise content, such as videos, whitepapers, reports, and executive briefs.
* Ensure content effectively addresses complex buying committees, extended sales cycles, and sophisticated narratives.

**What You Bring:**

* Solid experience in B2B content strategy, preferably within the enterprise software industry.
* Demonstrated expertise in adapting and localizing content for multiple international markets.
* Profound understanding of enterprise buying journeys and complex stakeholder environments.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and messaging skills tailored for senior and executive audiences.
* Experience working with translation and localization workflows and agencies.
* Proven ability to balance global consistency with regional relevance in content strategy.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

**Bonus Points If You Have:**

* Experience working within a global organization.
* Familiarity with content management systems and content operations workflows.
