This is an exciting opportunity for a registered freelancer to become the operational anchor of the localization process, directly impacting how the brand communicates with its international audience, ensuring every language version is delivered accurately and on time, and upholding the brand’s consistent voice worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate copy localization across multiple languages for campaigns and regional brand content, establishing clear and efficient workflows from brief to final delivery.
* Prepare comprehensive localization briefs, providing essential context for accurate and confident language work.
* Maintain and evolve critical linguistic assets, including glossaries, approved terminology, and regional language and style guidelines.
* Proactively track progress across all localization projects and languages, identifying potential delays early to keep deliveries on schedule.
* Support rigorous quality checks to guarantee clarity, consistency, and correct formatting before content approval.
* Manage meticulous file organization, version control, and the internal distribution of all final language deliverables.
* Work confidently within the current Translation Management System (TMS) and actively contribute to ongoing improvements as tools and workflows evolve.
* Contribute to the continuous enhancement of localization processes, streamlining handovers, and fostering more efficient ways of working.
* Collaborate closely with the Copywriter to ensure localization runs smoothly and regional language work remains aligned with the overall copy direction.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* 5-7 years of experience in localization, content coordination, or a similar operational role.
* An exceptionally sharp eye for detail, with a proven ability to spot inconsistencies early in the process.
* Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously without losing focus.
* A clear and confident communicator, adept at working with both writers and external translation partners.
* Demonstrated experience using a Translation Management System (TMS) or similar workflow tools.

**Preferred Skills:**

* A natural curiosity for language and cultural nuances.
* Fluency in at least one European language (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian).
