Senior Implementation Manager

Overview

Aquent is partnering with a pioneering enterprise technology company dedicated to transforming how businesses operate. We are seeking a visionary leader to join their dynamic team, someone who will be instrumental in guiding complex implementation projects and ensuring our clients realize the full potential of their investments. This is a 12 month hybrid contract, offering £549 per day – 40 hrs/week (PAYE). Due to the high volume of applications, we may be unable to respond to each applicant individually. **What You’ll Do**

* Lead and inspire project delivery teams throughout engagements, often in partnership with strategic service providers.
* Masterfully manage all facets of project delivery, including governance, timelines, scope, risk mitigation, change management, resource allocation, comprehensive reporting, and financial oversight.
* Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to deeply understand business challenges, strategic objectives, and the value proposition of each engagement.
* Translate client goals into actionable project deliverables, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable impact.
* Leverage leading practice methodologies and prescriptive guidance to drive successful project delivery and cultivate long-term client success.
* Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering collaboration and securing client agreement on innovative solution designs.
* Mentor and empower project team members, guiding them to achieve critical deliverables and exceed client expectations.
* Proactively identify and address deviations from project plans, devising innovative solutions and driving their successful implementation.

**What You Bring**

* Demonstrated experience in leveraging or strategically integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This includes familiarity with AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, and understanding AI’s potential impact.

* Solid experience with ServiceNow platform, and NowCreate methodology
* Progressive experience within a professional services environment.
* Proven track record in managing the successful implementation of complex workflow or business transformation solutions.
* Exceptional ability to analyze complex issues, devise strategic resolutions, and drive them to successful completion.
* A creative problem-solver who thrives on leading projects autonomously while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
* A highly collaborative approach, adept at working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Deep industry domain expertise in workflow optimization and management.
* Flexibility to travel up to 50% to client sites as needed.
