This is a full-time, fixed term salaried position contracted via Aquent on behalf of our client, with 6 months tenure.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the contracting nature of this role, only candidates with the unrestricted right to work in The Netherlands will be considered.
**What You Will Do:**
* Drive operational excellence by leading in-season planning and delivery initiatives.
* Oversee order management processes to guarantee seamless inventory flow across our operations, enhancing product availability and orderbook integrity through robust internal and external partnerships, thereby boosting shipping and inventory efficiency.
* Focus intently on planning and delivery tasks, meticulously tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), increasing visibility, and initiating proactive measures.
* Leverage exceptional matrix management, influencing, and prioritization skills to foster deep collaboration with various internal teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to operational execution.
* Actively contribute to maintaining a smooth inventory flow, ensuring high availability, robust orderbook health, optimized working capital, and superior logistics efficiency.
* Champion the strategic transformation of our supply chain framework, aligning internal and external stakeholders with our vision and approach.
* Cultivate a culture of relentless improvement, enhancing our tools, processes, and end-to-end collaboration with cross-functional partners.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, elevating the efficiency of our supply chain operations, particularly within in-season activities.
* Apply extensive end-to-end operations, commercial, and account-facing experience to drive effective KPI management, elevate service delivery, and ensure precise in-season execution through cross-functional teamwork.
* Play a key role in initiatives and outcomes directly impacting our core operational KPIs: Service, Convenience, Sustainability, and Profitability.
**What You Bring:**
* Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in a supply chain or logistics function, coupled with a passion for operations, within a retail or e-commerce environment.
* Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service.
* Strong analytical skills that support a results-driven approach and contribute to operational excellence.
* An innovative mindset and a proven track record in leading and delivering process improvements.
* Ability to understand and communicate complex information specific to the position, creating standard work products for peer review.
* Capacity to achieve goals independently while actively contributing to overall team performance.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, initiating analysis and investigation to resolve diverse yet related issues.
* Developing professional expertise, applying solutions based on experience, and identifying optimal methods to enhance existing approaches.
