**What You’ll Do:**

In this pivotal role, you will be a key contributor to the sales and marketing ecosystem, providing essential data and insights that empower strategic outreach and customer engagement. Your work will directly influence targeting strategies and accelerate business development.

* **Data Management & Integrity:** Accurately input and maintain crucial customer and prospect data within CRM systems, ensuring consistency and reliability across all platforms.
* **Strategic Account Research:** Conduct in-depth research on target accounts using various online resources to identify key decision-makers, understand organizational structures, and gather vital company information such as industry, employee count, and revenue.
* **CRM Optimization:** Proactively manage and update CRM records with gathered intelligence, leveraging CRM tools, reports, and dashboards to monitor data quality and performance.
* **Lead Generation Enablement:** Assist in the identification and qualification of potential leads through meticulous online research and targeted outreach, contributing to the development of robust prospect lists.
* **Sales & Marketing Intelligence:** Build comprehensive intelligence profiles for the sales team, identify target contacts for marketing campaigns, and provide administrative support as needed.
* **Team Communication:** Engage in clear and professional communication with team members, assisting with initial outreach efforts via email or phone.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have:**

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
* A strong, demonstrable interest in sales and business development.
* Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
* Proficiency in standard office software suites (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaborative relationships.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as an integral part of a team.
* A proactive, self-starter attitude with a results-oriented mindset.

**Nice-to-Have:**

* Familiarity with CRM systems.
* Experience utilizing professional networking platforms for prospecting and connecting.
