We are looking for an experienced Commercial Leader with a strong understanding of planning, supply chain, and sales operations. The ideal candidate has experience in wholesale management, franchise, and digital expansion. They are a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing decisions in a complex, fast-moving environment. The right person is adaptable, able to prioritize effectively, and can lead teams through change. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse markets are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies across wholesale, retail, and digital channels.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L ownership, ensuring yearly and quarterly targets are met.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to track performance metrics such as sales volume, revenue, and inventory levels.
- Support key account planning and drive business growth through strategic partner collaboration.
- Optimize operational efficiency by improving sales tools, order processes, and delivery models.
- Execute go-to-market strategies and align internal and external stakeholders on seasonal planning.
Who You Will Work With:
This role requires close collaboration with internal teams across commercial, merchandising, operations, finance, and business planning functions. Additionally, you will engage with external partners, managing key relationships and ensuring alignment on business objectives.
Requirements:
- Min. 10 years of experience in wholesale, franchise, or retail operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, supply chain, and sales operations.
- Experience managing key partnerships and driving growth in international markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
