Are you an experienced HR professional with deep expertise in leave policies and benefits strategy? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment and enjoy working across multiple countries to drive impactful change?

We are seeking a Benefits Manager to enhance the operation of leave programmes outside of North America. This role will focus on building new digital tools to improve both operational efficiency and the employee experience. You will collaborate with HR Tech, Operations, Payroll, Legal, and Benefits Strategy teams to ensure that all solutions align with company policies and statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key advisor on leave policies, ensuring that all tools and processes align with internal policies and local legislation.
  • Provide strategic oversight as well as detailed input on individual leave types throughout the build process.
  • Proactively review and refine current policies to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Global Benefits, Operations, and Legal teams to align policies and processes while identifying and addressing any gaps.
  • Lead on all project-related communications and define the scope of future phases of the project.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Extensive HR experience, including strong experience specialising in benefits and leave strategy.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing leave policies across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Significant experience working across multiple European countries, with additional experience in Asia or Latin America being an advantage.
  • Previous involvement in tech builds for leave programmes is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work at speed, manage ambiguity, and drive projects forward in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
