Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the customer’s business needs and translate them into service strategies, leveraging our internal consulting tool and partner ecosystem.
Top 3 Hard Skills:
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in Cloud Professional Service
- Industry expertise in at least one of the following: Financial Services (Manufacturing, Retail, Telco/Media/Entertainment)
- Experience in negotiating with customers
Top 3 Soft Skills:
- Ability to facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience writing and discussing agreement and proposal documents for professional services engagements
Type of industry experience (specific companies/competitors):
- Tech or Big 4 Consultancies
Preferred candidates:
- 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including interfacing with executive stakeholders
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Specific product knowledge: Certified in Cloud Technology
