Contract – 12 months, Location – London (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

We are looking for a seasoned Insights and Analytics professional who will closely partner with the ecommerce acquisition and retention team and be responsible for bringing true insight and a core analytics focus.

  • Our ideal candidate will be prepared to deeply acquaint themselves with the nuances of every aspect of Digital business across the varied EMEA markets and work hand in hand with the ecommerce managers to meet and exceed quarterly and yearly targets
  • The position requires the diligent tracking and forecasting of performance metrics, along with the extraction of actionable insights. These insights are essential for empowering growth teams to address performance challenges effectively and to identify and capitalise on opportunities for improvement.

We would like them to:
●      Have experience in the online and ecommerce industry, the more diverse the better.
●      They should live the Customer Journey Steps – to ensure emerging trends are identified and anomalies addressed before they impact the business so we can drive step changes in our behaviours and our customer experience
●      They should have a Point of view on external factors driving the business – industry data, their influence on the business
●      They should be involved in every step of the way in the different initiatives and new launches in an ever changing dynamic business – from identifying the ideal KPIs to measure in the planning stages to the actual measurement and analysis after the fact.
●      Create comprehensive and easy to use resources that can be used by the team and leaders to get an overview of the business
●      Align closely with Testing and Optimization teams in partnership with the ecommerce teams, always ready to provide them with actionable test ideas and establish a catalogue of current and historical tests and their effectiveness
●      Develop a clear understanding of marketing effectiveness and the marketing mix model ad provide suggestions for improvements and modifications
●      Develop and manage efficient Forecasting techniques for the business

What you need to succeed:
●      Data modelling & regression modelling experience.
●      Power BI / Tableau advanced
●      SQL skills
●      Python (Desirable)
●      Deep analytics experience, with demonstrated success in fast moving customer centric ecommerce environments
●      Numerate and Articulate – tell the story using data and vice versa
●      Experience in articulating actionable insights
