Talent Referral Details
- You refer a friend to us, we meet them to make sure we understand which roles they would be suitable for
- We represent them to our fantastic client base and work hard to create a match
- When they start in a role or submit their first timecards you get a gift up to the value of €250
Talent Referral Eligibility
- Anyone is eligible to submit talent referrals, including working talent, former talent, job applicants, and networking contacts.
- Referrals are submitted through MyAquent Talent. If you have an account, log in here. If you don't have a MyAquent account, contact us and we'll get you set up.
- Talent referrals must not have worked for Aquent in the 12 months prior to referral or been referred in the 24 months prior.
- Our clients are excluded from cash awards due to potential conflicts of interest.

Job Referral Elegibility
- Job referrals must be for new roles that Aquent is not already working on and cannot be assignment extensions or recalls of past talent.
- Our clients are excluded from cash awards due to potential conflicts of interest.
The not-so-fine print.
- If you are not currently registered with Aquent, we will need to register you to process the rewards gift.
- Redemption: Referrers will be eligible for a rewards gift to the value of up to €250. Rewards Gift cannot be exchanged for a voucher.
- Talent Referral Eligibility: Talent with MyAquent access are eligible to submit referrals under this program, including Aquent talent and former talent. Referral prospects must not have worked for Aquent in the 12 months prior to referral or referred in the 24 months prior to the referral.
- Business Lead Eligibility: Talent with MyAquent access are eligible to submit referrals under this program, including Aquent talent and former talent. Referral prospects must not have worked for Aquent in the 12 months prior to referral or referred in the 24 months prior to the referral.
- Referral forms for talent and business referrals must be submitted prior to the placement of the talent to qualify.
Aquent reserves the right to modify, cancel, or revoke this plan at any time at its sole discretion. Aquent management reserves the right of final approval on valid referrals.
