Role Description
This role will be part of the Benelux Operations team. You will support the Belgium Operations Manager on day-to-day operational topics, while helping launch new products, improve marketplace performance, grow the rider base, and make operational processes smarter and more efficient.
What You’ll Do
- Support the launch of new products and features across the region, working closely with local, regional, and global teams to ensure smooth execution and adoption.
- Identify opportunities to improve the way we work, including building automations and using tools to make recurring operational and data-driven workflows faster, smarter, and more scalable.
- Support the team in responding to official requests, including information requests from governments, public authorities, or other external stakeholders.
- Launch rider campaigns, support advertising initiatives, and help manage communications that contribute to growing and engaging the rider base.
- Support the set-up and execution of partnerships, analyse partnership performance, and provide clear recommendations to improve impact.
- Analyse marketplace performance and support initiatives to optimise pricing, improve efficiency, and enhance the rider and driver experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in operations, consulting, strategy, project management, business analysis, growth, or a related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; French is a plus.

- Business Acumen: Understanding of how the business operates, how it generates revenue, and how it sustains profitable growth now and in the future.
- Project Management & Execution: Ability to plan and manage multiple projects, execute quickly, adapt where necessary, and continuously improve processes.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business conditions and priorities.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, AI, or automation tools to drive efficiencies across operational and data-driven workflows.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with local, regional, and global teams, including Policy, Communications, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Support.
