The client is an independent integrated communications agency with a core focus on digital.
The agency has a diverse range of briefs covering many communication channels for financial services, travel and retail clients. As a small boutique agency, we have a fun,

The opportunity
- This role is for an ambitious senior client services person to play a key role in the agency’s wider leadership team, manage people and be part of our exciting growth plans, in London and the US.
- Building on their account management skills, they will work with clients to solve their strategic challenges and deliver smart creative solutions.

The role
- Supporting the Client Services Director and Managing Director in delivering against the agency’s commercial and strategic objectives
- Building deep client relationships at all levels, including senior clients
- Helping to grow agency income by seeking out new briefs/opportunities
- Delivering against monthly/quarterly/annual income targets
- Writing briefs and proposals, briefing and assessing creative work, oversight and delivery of end-to-end project management
- Managing integrated campaigns with a variety of activity including paid display, paid social, email, webpages, video, radio and print
- Taking client briefs, presenting back to clients and discussing feedback
- Managing and nurturing more junior members of the client service team
- Ensuring agency processes are documented, communicated and adhered to
- Responsible for 100% accurate financial management and reporting
- Playing a key role within the wider team on business development/pitches
- Training and development of the client services team
- Being an advocate for the agency and delivering client service excellence
You will have
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Knowledge of integrated marketing – especially digital and social media
- Thinks strategically, creatively and commercially
- Ability to establish relationships with new/existing clients at all levels
- Proven track record of helping to win and grow business
- Sees the bigger picture but has a laser focus on the detail
- Excellent presentation skills and a confident communicator
- A people person and supportive team player, who leads from the front
- Tenacious with a ‘can do’ attitude – always goes above and beyond
- A problem solver who doesn’t shy away from a challenge
