As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding partners to achieve their performance goals, driving impactful strategies, and leveraging innovative approaches to advertising. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference, influencing outcomes through your strategic insights and collaborative spirit. Please note, this is a project-based position, offering a unique chance to contribute your skills to high-impact initiatives.

This is a short term contract until 19th May 2027, offering up to £50 per hour, 40 hrs/week (PAYE). The shorlisted candidates will be contacted ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Serve as a primary point of contact, delivering executive-ready communications and strategic recommendations to assigned client and/or agency partners.
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies, covering planning, activation, and optimization, all aligned with partner objectives.
* Provide specialized, industry-informed guidance and best practices to significantly enhance campaign performance and drive business outcomes.
* Lead measurement and insights initiatives, including in-depth performance analysis, KPI reporting, and crafting compelling narratives from results and recommendations.
* Champion testing and learning methodologies, including experimentation fundamentals and advanced incrementality/attribution concepts.
* Drive seamless cross-functional execution by coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders to meet timelines, priorities, and partner deliverables.
* Apply structured problem-solving techniques to diagnose performance issues, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actionable next steps.
* Leverage the power of AI and automation tools to boost workflow efficiency, refine planning, and generate deeper insights in collaboration with partners.

**What You’ll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in client and/or agency partner management, demonstrating strong stakeholder influence and executive-level communication skills.
* Extensive experience in digital advertising strategy across the full funnel, including expert-level campaign planning and optimization.
* Robust experience with measurement and insights, encompassing performance analysis, dashboards/KPIs, and a foundational understanding of experimentation and incrementality/attribution.
* Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex projects/programs in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical fluency and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives and strategic recommendations.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a comfort level working with data, business metrics, and performance drivers.
* Familiarity with leveraging AI/automation to enhance planning, analysis, and overall workflow efficiency.
