Aquent Studios is seeking a talented Content Strategist to help shape and elevate how equality and engagement are communicated across a truly global organization. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and impact—crafting thoughtful, culturally attuned communications that resonate across 32 countries and diverse audiences. You will play a key role in strengthening trust, transparency, and alignment by translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives, while proactively identifying opportunities to advance the conversation. Content Strategist Role Overview

The international Equality and Engagement Communications Managed Resource will support the Equality and Engagement team’s growing international communications needs. This role will be responsible for creating, editing and managing communication strategies content and messaging that support equality and engagement programs across our international regions. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer, equality focused strategist, and proactive communicator who can operate across complex multi-regional environments with a high degree of independence

 

The role reports directly to the Senior Director, Communications and Engagement, and will partner closely with the International Equality team, Internal Communications, and cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, PR, Employee Success and Data Analytics.

 

Content Creation and International Comms Strategy

•Write and develop communications to support international equality engagement programs, events and activations across 5 regions and 32 countries, ensuring consistent messaging aligned to global organizational goals and regional nuances.

•Develop culturally sensitive, data-driven content and engagement strategies that drive impactful equality initiatives through powerful storytelling

•Craft proactive communications strategies-moving beyond reactive responses to anticipate regional needs and opportunities.

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

•Partner closely with International Equality Regional Leads ot understand regional communications challenges and opportunities

•Partner with Internal Communications team to align on strategy and ensure Equality is featured in “The Daily” and other communications moments, tailoring content to international team requirements where needed

•Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Employee Success, and Data Analytics teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all communications.

 

Process  & Workflow

•Uplevel and manage the Communications Workflow process to track all international communications requests, ensuring they are vetted before escalation to Global

•Partner with International Equality Leads to build and maintain a forward-looking communications calendar for FY27 and beyond, linked to Global planning

 

Analytics and Reporting

•Track and analyze international engagement metrics across regions

•Prepare regular reports for International Equality Regional Leads using data-driven storytelling to highlight the business impact of equality and foster stronger regional relationships.

 

Qualifications

•7+ years of experience in communications content strategy or a related field- preferably in a large global organization

•Demonstrated experience developing culturally sensitive communications for diverse, international audiences

•Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging

•Strong project management skills and experience building communications workflows and calendars

•Experience navigating cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, PR. Legal and HR/People Teams

•Familiarity with equality and inclusion topics-and the nuance required to communicate about them in varying regional and legal contexts.

•Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate with a high degree of ambiguity

•Experience with analytics tools and the ability to translate data into narrative insights

Other Requirements

Compensation Range: £60.00- £67.00

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
