In this pivotal role, you won’t just analyze data; you’ll be a strategic force, transforming complex insights into actionable plans that directly enhance the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. You will play a crucial part in fostering robust relationships with sales teams and external partners, guiding them with data-driven strategies that expand partnerships and contribute directly to ambitious revenue goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in innovating and optimizing critical business processes, ensuring our client remains at the cutting edge of advertising effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic planning and support to partners, ensuring advertising campaigns achieve maximum impact and effectiveness.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with sales teams and leadership, integrating best practices into every stage of advertising campaigns.
  • Influence and communicate effectively with partners, presenting compelling booking, search, industry, and macroeconomic data and insights to bolster advertising partnership strategies.
  • Actively contribute to the growth of new and existing advertising partnerships, driving progress towards quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with regional team members to provide essential pre-campaign and strategic support for sales initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across analytics, yield management, operations, strategy, and product teams to innovate and automate systems, tools, and processes for enhanced efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce, technology, digital marketing, business consultancy, or travel industry environment.
  • Proven experience working within a data-driven, highly analytical culture where insights inform decisions and strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks and collaborating across teams.
  • A genuine passion for transforming data into compelling insights and narratives that inspire ideas and strategic decisions in both internal and external business contexts.
  • A strong motivation for problem-solving and data analysis, uncovering solutions that enhance business effectiveness, efficiency, and revenue generation.
  • Successful track record in project managing key business initiatives, including process design changes and the development and launch of data visualization tools.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with various data analytics and visualization tools, including Looker and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
  • Experience with social listening and sentiment analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms.
  • A keen curiosity about staying abreast of the latest trends in technology, business, e-commerce, marketing, leadership, and AI.
  • Proficiency in a secondary language.
