What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development of comprehensive marketing plans, prioritizing goals, and crafting positioning strategies to effectively engage target audiences.
- Drive the creation and management of medium to large-scale marketing campaigns, assets, and communications, meticulously evaluating performance for continuous optimization.
- Define, scope, and guide user research initiatives, leveraging internal and external partnerships to uncover deep user insights.
- Develop and roll out strategic frameworks for product marketing content across diverse channels, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, including validating market size and opportunities, to identify emerging trends and build compelling rationales for new ventures.
- Translate user insights into actionable feedback for cross-functional teams, advocating for an exceptional in-product user experience and fostering strong user engagement.
- Craft powerful product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies, adapting communications to various audiences and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, iterate, and publish high-quality marketing content that resonates with users.
- Serve as a go-to expert on specific products or features, providing crucial input into the development process and offering insights on industry trends.
- Actively champion an inclusive and psychologically safe team environment, role-modeling inclusive behaviors, mitigating biases, and fostering diverse perspectives.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Product Positioning
- Deep understanding of Consumer Behavior

- Proven experience in Client/Partner Management and Advising
