**What You’ll Do:**
* Provide high-level, tailored administrative support, proactively anticipating the needs of busy executives.
* Ensure flawless execution of all administrative activities, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, organization, and adherence to process.
* Own complex calendar management, including arranging video conferencing, conference calls, and internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, with the flexibility to accommodate last-minute changes.
* Coordinate intricate international travel itineraries, ensuring smooth and efficient arrangements.
* Actively participate in the planning and execution of internal and external events.
* Engage as a key contributor in the project management of various initiatives.
* Manage financial administration tasks such as initiating purchase orders and completing expense reports.
* Collaborate daily with executives, internal stakeholders, and other administrative professionals across the company, both locally and internationally.
* Champion the company’s values, demonstrating strong attention to detail, high energy, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
**What You’ll Bring:**
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience in a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant role.
* Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction at all levels.
* Outstanding calendar management skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex schedules.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing tight deadlines and last-minute changes with composure.
* Excellent organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proven ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.
* A natural ability to act as a gatekeeper, effectively managing access while maintaining positive relationships.

* A keen interest and experience in identifying and implementing processes and procedures to enhance work efficiency and productivity.
