We are seeking a **Social Media Marketing Manager** to join a vibrant team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and reach of our cutting-edge consumer devices. In this role, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, primarily focusing on managing high-profile brand partnerships with major sports organizations for our flagship consumer devices. While social media remains a vital component, your expertise in cultivating and leveraging these partnerships will be key to driving brand visibility and consumer connection. You will also lead the charge in collaborating with a diverse network of creators, guiding them to produce compelling content that resonates with cultural moments and product launches. This position offers a unique blend of strategic partnership management and hands-on social media content creation, all within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
This is a 12-months, hybrid contract, offering up to £48.08 per hour – 40 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Directly manage high-profile brand and rights-holder partnerships with major sports organizations for our innovative consumer devices.
* Lead the briefing, content alignment, and high-volume asset production with a network of 25 creators, ensuring content aligns with product launches and cultural events.
* Drive product marketing strategy, informing internal and external stakeholders on market opportunities, context, and key insights for consumer devices.
* Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive education, engagement, and product adoption across various channels.
* Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating effectively with legal, creative, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content production and provide input into product development.
* Conduct market analysis, predict industry trends, and gather user insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
* Drive product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategy, adapting communications for different audiences and channels.
* Manage medium to large-scale campaigns, assets, communications, and programs, evaluating performance for optimization and identifying effective channels to meet targets.
* Develop and execute go-to-market plans and messaging for new products and features.
* Define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing.
* **Mandatory:** Extensive experience working with brand and rights-holder partnerships within the sports vertical.
* Specific experience working with football partnerships.
* Proven agency experience.
* Exceptional project management skills.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities, particularly with legal and creative teams for content production.
* Experience navigating and thriving within complex organizational structures.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities.
* Proficiency in product positioning and go-to-market activities.
* Strong data analysis and synthesis skills.
* Deep understanding of consumer behavior.
* Proven expertise in campaign management.
* Excellent client/partner management and advising skills.
* Solid brand management capabilities.
* Strong industry knowledge relevant to consumer devices and marketing.
