We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our client’s Talent Acquisition team, focusing on recruiting across the EMEA region. This role is fully on site in London, paying £244.50 per day PAYE

This role combines strategic sourcing, candidate management, relationship building, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment process for roles across EMEA
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide strategic hiring insights
  • Manage multiple searches while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
  • Leverage data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes

Top 3 skills: 

  • Experience managing multiple roles.
  • Must have a track record managing high-volume recruitment and successfully filling challenging roles across EMEA markets ideally in a high volume hiring environment
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Focus on candidate experience
