We are looking for a Freelance Social Media Specialist (Paid Social)
This is purely paid social across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
• Analyze data and performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels to meet KPIs
• Implement and manage marketing automation tools for email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities to enhance digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative teams, to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
• Proven experience (3-5+ years) in social media with a strong focus on paid media, SEO, and content marketing.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Hands-on experience managing paid social, search, and programmatic campaigns
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, ensuring marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
