We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager – Programmatic Ads for an 18 month contract hybrid working in London. This role will be overseeing the execution and optimisation of the company’s digital advertising strategy and campaigns activated by their agency partners. Serving as the primary liaison between the company and its advertising agency partners, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration and driving continuous improvement in advertising performance and efficiency.
Job Responsibilites:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and lead collaborator with external advertising agencies and media partners for digital platforms
- Own processes, tooling and billing for advertising campaigns across programmatic, direct, social, and other channels, in close coordination with agency teams, organic social teams, production and creative
- Develop and refine ad operations processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency and scale across in-house and agency-driven campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging ad technologies, and platform changes to continuously improve advertising strategies
- Manage vendor and platform relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations, implement and monitor best in class brand safety standards
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on best practices for working with agency partners
Required Qualifications:
- Solid background and proven experience in digital ad operations, with a strong background in managing agency partnerships
- In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, ad serving platforms, DSPs, SSPs, and campaign management tools
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
