As a Senior Copywriter, you will play a pivotal role in conceiving and executing compelling campaigns, producing creative assets, and bringing our brand value propositions and positioning to life. Your role involves collaborating closely with various teams across the company—including brand strategists, product and technology professionals, producers, and customer engagement specialists—to develop a comprehensive understanding of our brands. You will lead and mentor the creative team, working alongside a Senior Art Director to conceptualise ideas and guide project execution. Your ability to leverage insights for strategic problem-solving and craft meaningful, inspiring work will be crucial. You will present your work to senior creative leadership and executives, advocating for the impact of outstanding creative to influence perception and drive results. You will also engage with external partners, agencies, and a global team.

 

Must-Haves:

  • Experience with social media copywriting
  • Experience with email copywriting
  • Proficiency in writing in US English

Either of These Work:

  • In-house brand experience
  • Agency experience

Please Note: We are not seeking a conceptual copywriter with a focus primarily on advertising campaigns at an ad agency. Our priority is experience with social media and email copy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative campaigns that effectively convey brand value propositions and positioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of our brands and their needs
  • Mentor and guide the creative team, ensuring high standards of creative excellence
  • Partner with a Senior Art Director to conceptualise and direct projects
  • Utilise insights to address strategic challenges and deliver compelling creative solutions
  • Craft and present engaging ideas to senior creative leadership and executives
  • Advocate for the power of creative work to shift perceptions and drive business outcomes
  • Work with external partners, agencies, and a global team to ensure consistent and impactful messaging

 

Who You Are:

  • You have 7+ years of experience as a Copywriter, with a background in agency or in-house environments; experience with global lifestyle or cultural-impact brands is preferred
  • You possess deep craft experience in copywriting and a highly developed ability to produce strategic and compelling creative concepts
  • You are skilled in guiding writing across various channels, including external agencies, freelance vendors, and internal production teams, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of top-quality work
  • You have experience developing ideas and assets for multiple platforms and channels
  • Your communication skills are excellent, both written and oral, including the ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations that build support and acceptance
  • You have a proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments

 

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in writing copy for social media platforms, email campaigns, and brand communications
  • Experience in developing brand-focused copy that enhances brand identity and engagement
