Our client is seeking a dynamic and organized Program Manager to be pivotal in ensuring the success of their two North America communities supporting Delivery Service Partners and Freight Partners. You will oversee key processes and deliverables execution, ensuring the community thrives and meets its goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of community and user access to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all members.
  • Manage overall team projects, including maintaining the editorial calendar and tracking key metrics to measure success.
  • Develop and maintain effective mechanisms to ensure smooth operations and manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular visibility to Senior Manager and Director level leadership.
  • Utilize data to track progress and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with community members, leveraging excellent people skills to support their needs and drive engagement.


  • Prior experience in program management, especially from idea inception to development, is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing digital communities or similar projects is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, comfort with data and tracking, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time.
