Our client is an American fintech company that is looking for a proactive Sales Support Rep, for a 12-month contract, offering up to 52,600 per annum, pro rata (PAYE).

Job Description:

As a Sales Support Representative, you will serve as the primary troubleshooter for sales agents, offering invaluable support using Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and other pertinent sales reporting tools.

Your role will encompass spearheading projects aimed at bolstering sales agent productivity, both in the short and medium terms. Key responsibilities include facilitating the smooth passage of leads from marketing to sales within specified SLAs, furnishing insightful reports to sales managers on a regular basis to drive channel performance, and collaborating with strategic partners to enhance the sales agent experience through optimized Salesforce utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing troubleshooting support to sales agents utilizing Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and related sales tools.
  • Initiating projects aimed at enhancing sales agent productivity.
  • Ensuring timely passage of leads from marketing to sales within agreed SLAs.
  • Generating insightful reports to enhance channel performance.
  • Collaborating with strategic partners to improve the sales agent experience with Salesforce.

Required Skills:

  • Communication: Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively while providing clear and concise updates to key stakeholders.
  • Data Acumen: Proficiency in connecting disparate data sets to identify patterns and root causes.
  • Data, Insight, Action: Ability to communicate insights in a manner that informs understanding and drives decision-making.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of driving short-term projects, adhering to clear plans, and proactively identifying risks.
  • Standardization: Execution of current processes with a proactive eye toward increasing operational efficiency.
  • Prioritization: Skill in identifying and pursuing opportunities with immediate and future benefits.
  • Relationships: Established ability to build strong relationships within teams and forge effective partnerships with key internal stakeholders.
  • Domain Expertise: Development of a deep understanding of sales workflow principles and processes to offer frontline agent support.


Must have:

  • Salesforce
  • Excel skills, including data manipulation and presentation.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience with Alteryx, Eloqua, Adobe eSign, prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism), sales cadence tools (HVS, SalesLoft), and BI tools (Qlik, Tableau) are advantageous.
