Role: Client Solutions Manager (CSM)

Location: London, Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite

Starting: ASAP for 12 months

Pay: £39.90 per hour PAYE

 

Our client is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to Partner with travel client partners to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions aimed at achieving measurable business results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions to achieve business results for partners.
  • Analyse data and insights for strategy and solution implementation.
  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and campaign implementation.
  • Oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
  • Identify optimization opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Varying weekly tasks focused on client goals and optimization.
  • Prepare for meetings, troubleshoot, debrief test results, and handle low-level admin tasks.
  • Measure success by year-on-year client growth and behaviour change.

Required Skills

  • Ads Manager experience (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Prior experience within the travel industry is advantageous
  • Experience setting up campaigns
  • Strong sales and influencing skills
  • Experience with digital platforms
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good understanding of measurement and digital attribution
