Position: Marketing Specialist, Retention
Location: London Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite
Contract Duration: Until 23rd March 2025
 

Our client is seeking a talented Growth Marketer to join their team to drive retention initiatives and enhance their customer lifecycle through exceptional experiences. As a Growth Marketer, you will spearhead retention strategies, optimizing customer journeys across apps and the website. Your mission is to enhance app engagement, reduce churn, and deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that resonate with the diverse user base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive retention marketing strategies tailored to various user segments. Focus on enhancing value proposition, product education, and championing differentiated content.
  • Utilize in-house marketing tools to plan, execute, and optimize retention campaigns. Leverage channels like push notifications, in-app messaging, email, and social media to re-engage users and prevent churn.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of different retention tactics. Iterate on campaigns based on performance data for continuous improvement.
  • Create and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns guiding users through onboarding, retention, and reactivation stages.
  • Work closely with product teams to implement features enhancing user engagement and satisfaction. Provide insights and feedback based on customer data.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as retention rate, churn rate, and customer lifetime value. Provide regular updates on campaign performance and impact.
  • Analyse customer feedback and sentiment data to understand user preferences and pain points. Leverage insights to inform retention strategies and product improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and launching email, on-site, and app marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive key insights.
  • Proficient in project management, organization, and prioritization.
  • Experience in a cross-functional setup involving product, tech, QA, program, and international teams.
  • Preferred experience in retention marketing.
